February 2007– April 2008, Graphic Designer/Photographer
- Resize, edit, redraw, create, color separate and convert customer logos using Illustrator CS2 to ready images for silkscreen print on umbrellas.
- Create virtual proofs for customers using Photoshop. A virtual proof is taking the customer’s logo and digitally placing it on a photo of the umbrella.
- Photograph umbrellas for use in flyers, catalogs and websites.
- Create flyers and postcards of new products, to be distributed amongst salespeople and customers.
- Packaging and product design.
- Heavy Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop CS2/CS3, and Illustrator CS2/CS3 usage. Light to medium phones. Heavy computer work and other office responsibilities, including ordering supplies and running the Art Dept.

- Pet Photography: Travel to different locations as well as clients homes and photograph their pets and families.
Computer Generated Solutions at Fujifilm, Edison, NJ
November 2005 – January 2007, Email Technical Support Agent
- Provide technical support, through email, to Fujifilm consumers about digital cameras and equipment.
- Research Fujifilm database, as well as the Internet for information.
- Sort emails for each department and if necessary forward to appropriate country.
- Keep daily, accurate counts of emails coming in, answered and logged for billing purposes.
- Answer (using Outlook) and log (in Astea) approximately 150-300 emails per day, depending on day.

- Respond to customer’s phone, fax and email requests for information, resolve problems, place orders and follow up on orders using Facts software.
- Ensure that customer transactions are processed timely and accurately.

- Photograph various historical buildings and sites for “Jersey City Past & Present” website.

- Cash office: Count money in safe, count sales earnings from previous day and enter totals into computer using Cosa.
- Assist customers with their returns, exchanges, price adjustments, and purchases on the cash register.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer problems.
- Provide product information and respond to telephone requests.
- Use the RF gun to check for markdowns, re-ticket merchandise and audits.
- Train new employees.
- Count out registers/register audits, open/close customer service.
- Writing a handbook about Cash Office procedures to be used by new employees.
Interests/Skills:
Reading, writing, Internet research, website development, drawing, scrapbooking, digital photography and retouching using Photoshop. Photography interests include taking all types of photos, but especially nature photography, such as landscapes, gardens and flowers and photographing animals. Current NAPP member. Skills include being a quick learner, detail-oriented, organized, good worker and excellent follow-through.

Experienced in Windows platforms (98, XP, 2000), Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Fetch, CuteFTP, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Cosa, Facts, Astea, Outlook and Word. Familiar with Mac, Powerpoint, and Excel.
